Kianna Underwood, a former child star on Nickelodeon, was killed in a tragic hit-and-run incident this week. She was 33. The Deputy Commissioner of Public Information confirmed to Page Six that police responded to a 911 call in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, at around 6:49 a.m. on Friday. The New York Police Department told People that Kianna was crossing an intersection when a black Ford SUV hit her. She was then "subsequently struck by a black and gray sedan," per the authorities. Police noted that the drivers of the vehicles did not stay on the scene and have not been identified. The NYPD added: "There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing by the NYPD Highway District's Collision Investigation Squad." How heartbreaking... For those who don't recall, Kianna began acting at the age of 7. She joined the cast of All That in its 10th season in 2005. The actress also voiced Fuchsia Glover in the Nick Jr. show Little Bill. Kianna also starred in movies like The 24 Hour Woman and Death of a Dynasty. Outside of her work on screen, she spent a year on the first national tour of Hairspray as Little Inez. In recent years, Kianna has reportedly been living a more private life in New York City. She resurfaced in a video posted to social media back in 2023, confirming she was "Kianna Underwood from All That on Nickelodeon." That same year, former All That star Angelique Bates claimed on Instagram that Kianna was homeless in NYC and needed help. Without naming names, she also accused other co-stars of acting like the cast is one big happy family, but are very selective in who they help out: "She's one of us, and she needs help, but she's not getting it ... and nobody's speaking on Kianna Underwood."
