On Wednesday, January 14, Iswarienko's lawyer filed court docs claiming the allegations over the divorce settlement, which he signed with Doherty days before her death, were brought in the wrong court. Doherty died on July 13, 2024, at the age of 53, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She signed the divorce deal on July 12, 2024, and Iswarienko signed it on July 13, 2024. The divorce deal was entered in court on July 15, 2024.
