Police in Pennsylvania have arrested a 22-year-old man who they claim raped a 95-year-old woman last spring. The alleged rape that has landed John Vernon Gray behind bars happened back on May 10, 2025, in the town of Towamencin, according to a statement released by prosecutors. It took authorities several months to link Gray to the rape. But he was finally arrested on Saturday, January 10, and charged with rape, attempted rape, sexual assault, burglary, and other crimes. He has not entered pleas to the charges yet, Us Weekly has learned.
