Hudson Williams is spilling all the workout secrets! In an interview with Men's Health on Wednesday, the actor shared that he hopes " to keep this butt" and even "get a bigger butt" for the next season. If you haven't heard, the gay romance series was renewed for a second season, so prepare to see a lot more of it! But until they start filming, he is working on the "upkeep" for his "thick" booty! Hudson explained he goes to the gym for a full-body workout about five times a week, or at least three days a week when he is traveling. The sessions last around 45 minutes to an hour, and they consist of three sets and up to 10 reps for each exercise. He incorporates a lot of Bulgarian split squats, lying dumbbell curls, dumbbell chest flys, seated single-arm cable rows, overhead tricep extensions, and cable lateral raises in the routine. Impressive! Hudson shared that he plans to spend even more time in the gym before filming to reach a goal of getting "thicker": "I want to get bigger, juicier, thicker - I want to get big ass shoulders. I want to put on 10 pounds of muscle." Connor is apparently his inspo for it! He added: "I want to get as big as he was in the first season. I think that guy is just going to eat so much protein that he's going to ascend, and he's going to show up like an Olympia-Mr. Olympia." LOLz! We can't wait to see it on-screen!
