"I can tell you that we were all fighting so hard that we didn't notice until he had, like, cleared the stage," Heather, 51, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting her Atkins partnership. "Then, we were like, 'Come back, come back, we can't fight without you!'" She continued, "You know, if we get into it in Salt Lake and we only forget cameras are there, we forget that Andy is there, and that is a testament to our cast." Andy, 57, stormed off the set in a recent trailer for the three-part reunion. RHOSLC's Heather Gay Slams Claim She's a 'Mean Girl' After Weight Loss "Alright, alright, stop," Andy yelled out in the January 5 footage while Heather and Lisa Barlow shouted at one another. "I'm walking off." Mary Cosby, for her part, pleaded with Andy to stay put to continue filming. "This is nuts," Lisa, 51, added. The explosive reunion - the first part aired Tuesday, January 13, on Bravo - ultimately soured several of Heather's friendships. "I mean, it was done at reunion, and for reasons like that, like to switch up how you feel about me overnight was just kind of a shocker," Heather told Us, referring to Meredith Marks calling her the "puppet master" of the crew on a recent episode of the "Two Ts in a Pod" podcast. "[It's also] flattering. I'll take it. I mean, I would love to be the puppet master of these crazy ladies." Heather further shut down the speculation that she can influence her fellow RHOSLC stars. "No one pulls their strings. They pull their own. They are masterminds and do power moves," she stated. "I am like a duck trying to keep up, so I'll take the compliment - and coming from a powerhouse like Meredith - I can't believe she would give that up so easily to me, but I'll take it." Courtesy of Atkins Heather's friendship with Lisa has also taken a hit since the tell-all special. "I mean, Lisa and I fight hard. We make up pretty easily," she said. "We haven't spoken yet, but I look forward to hashing it out with her more." Before Heather can make amends with her costars, she's been prioritizing her health by following the Atkins diet. RHOSLC's Heather Gay Thinks She 'Reads Harsher' After Weight Loss "This is a new chapter for me, like, being comfortable in my body and maintaining my weight and having so much attention on it," Heather told Us of her partnership. "Having Atkins shakes and protein bars and ways to just support me that fit my lifestyle, too. I wasn't going to become a naturalist, like, I am who I am, and I really needed snacks and foods that would help me maintain this new lifestyle that fit with what I want to eat and what I enjoy doing." Heather has been on a weight loss journey since 2023, using a combination of GLP-1 medications with diet and exercise to slim down. "For the first time in my life, I'm really super conscious of everything that's going into my body, and I really find that I need protein to maintain my shape and to keep me going throughout the day," she explained. "I still want to look good and I've worked really hard to get here, and I want to keep that going." The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET
