One of the makeup artists for Fox's The Cleaning Lady allegedly witnessed an example of Timothy Busfield's misconduct. A New Mexico police officer spoke with Danielle Vigil in December 2025, questioning her experience with Busfield, 68, when he directed an episode of the TV series. "Danielle told me that, while she was working with two child actors who replaced the twins, she witnessed Timothy Busfield come into the trailer," the warrant for Busfield's arrest obtained by Us Weekly reads, with Vigil claiming that the West Wing actor kissed the two kids on their foreheads.
