The TikTok star, 30, has filed to legally ditch her estranged husband Desmond Scott's last name following the end of their 11-year marriage. In her divorce petition obtained exclusively by Us Weekly, Kristy - who goes by Kristy Sarah on Instagram and TikTok - asked the court to restore her surname to her maiden name, Small.
