The Idaho murder victims' families' legal battles are far from over. Four students were killed at the University of Idaho - Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin. And now their families are suing Washington State University. The school is where convicted murderer Bryan Kohberger was attending to get his Ph.D. at the time of the horrific killings, and this lawsuit claims WSU is liable for letting him walk free with the knowledge he was dangerous.
