Cbs Photo Archive / Getty Images Partway through the night, Odessa made her way over to the couple, where she leaned in to hug Timothée: CBS / Via x.com As they embraced, Kylie appeared to turn her face toward Odessa as she seemingly expected a hug and a kiss of her own, but was instead left smiling sheepishly to herself when Odessa turned away, having totally ignored Kylie's presence. (@selovelenaa) January 12, 2026 CBS / Via Twitter: @selovelenaa Needless to say, it didn't take long for social media to erupt with reactions to this snub, with one incredibly viral tweet sharing the footage and writing: "Odessa A'zion ignores kylie jenner while greeting timothee 😭😭hollywood hates her." Jc Olivera / Getty Images The video in this tweet alone has been watched more than five million times, and people had a lot to say about it. One popular response reads: "I don't even care for Kylie, but this is so rude. They should be greeting her as well out of respect at least." "women who are coming to greet a man and purposly skipping over his wife are not cool to me sorry," somebody else wrote.
Another added: "This is just mean girl behavior. You don't have to like the girl but you can greet her and acknowledge her. So many people do this to her, too. No home training or manners!" However, perhaps unsurprisingly, all may not have been what it seemed in the video, with Kylie taking to her Instagram page on Monday to share some photos from the night - and Odessa was prominently featured.
