Crudup, 57, was performing across the pond in London on Sunday, January 11, as the awards show took place in Beverly Hills, California. Although Watts, 57, didn't appear to have a professional conflict of interest, she also skipped the event. Crudup, for his part, is currently playing marshal Will Kane in High Noon, an adaptation of the 1952 Western film by the same name.
