Ashley Tisdale continues to come under fire for her alleged poor behavior amid the drama with her mom group! This week, the 40-year-old actress went viral, all thanks to a brutal essay she wrote for The Cut about leaving her "toxic" mom friends. There was a lot of speculation that the pals were Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff, and Meghan Trainor, but Ashley's rep shut it down. However, no one believes her - especially when certain members of the mom group, including Hilary's own husband, are getting shady toward the High School Musical alum online! While her fallout with the other mommas may come as a surprise to some, an attorney named Michael Parker - whose client Lina Gonzalez sued the Disney Channel star in 2023 over a car accident - told Dailymail.com on Friday that he is "absolutely not shocked' by the whole thing. For those who don't know, Lina, then 26, filed a lawsuit against Ashley months after they were involved in a car crash in Los Angeles on September 6, 2022. The woman claimed she suffered injuries to her shoulders, neck, back, and left wrist due to the accident. However, Lina alleged that the High School Musical alum acted dismissively about it at the scene, and tried to shrug her off by telling her that her manager would reach out. When Lina didn't hear from Ashley or her manager, the filing stated she decided to sue, as well as share her side of the story about the accident on social media. Well, that did not go over well for the Tisdale-French household. Lina claimed that following the post, the singer's husband, Christopher French, doxed her! WTF! According to Lina, per the lawsuit, he publicly came after her and released her personal information on his social media account. The complaint claimed Christopher wrote that she was a "registered nurse who worked at Cedar Sinai," who "commit insurance fraud." OMG... Parker told Dailymail.com on Friday that Christopher's actions made Lina feel "unsafe" back then, adding: "When you're just a regular person and a celebrity has it out for you, it's really scary - especially when they're posting on social media and they have millions of followers. You could just look up who sued Ashley Tisdale and say, 'Ok, well her husband is saying this person is committing fraud, they work at this hospital, etc.' [Lina] definitely felt her safety was in danger. I mean, she was definitely scared." You do not do that to a person, no matter what is going on! How messed up! In September 2024, Ashley filed a protective order against Lina, claiming the case could be "used to harass and embarrass" her. Her request was granted two months later. However, by December, the legal battle came to an end. Both parties reportedly reached a settlement agreement, but the details of how much they settled for are unknown at this time. Yikes. For this guy to take the time and publicly blast Ashley years later... It's not a good look for the He Said She Said artist! Especially when this is not the first time we've heard about how allegedly unpleasant she is! Amid the mom group drama, an old podcast episode where That's So Raven star Anneliese van der Pol called out an "uncomfortable" interaction she had with Ashley years ago while working as a server resurfaced. A source claimed her own mom friends iced her out because she was self-absorbed, so much so that she didn't help or check in on those impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles last year. Hilary's husband, Matthew Koma, even called her a "self obsessed" and "tone deaf person." And let's not forget about her OG falling out!
