Black Phone 2 reveals that the Grabber's spirit lingers at the Alpine Lake Camp, where some brutal murders occurred decades earlier. In the present, Mike hates his life because his wife is leaving him and their kids, Maggie (Michelle Trachtenberg) and Alex (Sterling Knight), don't want anything to do with him. Inexplicably, Mike is transformed into his younger self (as played by Zac Efron), which gives him a second chance to make different choices.
