I am so seated that the movie theater employees are scared.by Nora DominickBuzzFeed StaffFacebookPinterestLink HELLOOOO everyone! This week in Screen Time, I recommend what you NEED to be watching this weekend, including the first episode of The Pitt Season 2 and Emily Henry's first book-to-screen adaptation with People We Meet on Vacation. I also share what's all over my FYP, which includes Sebastian Stan's casting in a new comic book movie. There's also what we've got going on over on BuzzFeed Celeb's YouTube channel, and I share the movies I'm excited about in 2026. So, let's get started! And if you're saying, "Hey! I love all of that stuff," then you can get Screen Time delivered directly to your inbox by subscribing here! Here's what the newsletter is covering this week: BuzzFeed The Pitt - watch for: The best ensemble on TV right now Warrick Page / HBO Max Streaming on HBO Max; episodes air weeklyWe're back in DA PITT! That's right, everyone, The Pitt is back for a highly anticipated second season. I will be seated every week as I watch my favorite doctors go through the most traumatizing shift of their lives (again). Now, you're probably thinking, can this show continue to be as good as Season 1? And I am here to tell you, YES! YES IT CAN! The Pitt Season 2 joins an elite company of shows that continue to deliver the same level of excellence they achieved in the first season. This time around, the season follows Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch (Noah Wyle) as he returns to the ER. The shift takes place on the Fourth of July, and it also marks the return of Dr. Frank Langdon (Patrick Ball) after he completes rehab. Also, if The Pitt helped teach us anything last year, it's that people YEARN for a weekly drama series. And, I have to say, I needed the kind of weekly comforting chaos only The Pitt can deliver back in my life. Oh, and if all of this wasn't enough, The Pitt was also just renewed for Season 3! People We Meet on Vacation - watch for: Emily Bader and Tom Blyth's perfect chemistry Michele K. Short / Netflix Streaming on NetflixPoppy (Emily Bader) and Alex (Tom Blyth) are best friends, which surprises most people considering they have nothing in common. Poppy is spontaneous, while Alex prefers order. Poppy wants to travel the world, while Alex would be fine staying home. But after sharing a car ride home from college, they became best friends. And now, every summer, for the last 10 years, they've taken one incredible vacation together. Until two years ago, when they ruined everything, and they haven't spoken since. Now, when their paths fatefully cross again, Poppy knows she has one week - one last vacation - to try and fix everything. This is the first Emily Henry book to be adapted, and I've gotta say, they do a pretty good job. While Tom is great as Alex, I finished this movie being absolutely blown away by Emily's performance as Poppy. It made me want to watch everything she's ever done (RIP, My Lady Jane). I hope this opens up a lot of doors for her because she's a true rom-com star. BuzzFeed Unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably watched Heated Rivalry. And if you haven't, WHAT are you waiting for? (I literally recommended it weeks ago.) So, to feed our new obsession with this show, we had Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie, aka Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, swing by to read a bunch of your dirty and hilarious thirst tweets. BuzzFeed Celeb / Via youtube.com It was so delightfully unhinged, and it made me love these two even more. Like, Connor was so caught off guard by some, while Hudson was begging for even more. I love them. I love this fandom. And this might be the most chaotic and thirstiest Thirst Tweets we've ever done. MORE: The live-action Tangled is officially moving forward at Disney with Teagan Croft and Milo Manheim assuming the roles of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider. Teagan is a relatively unknown actor and singer (which is exactly what I personally wanted for Rapunzel), who is best known for playing Raven in DC Comics' Titans. Heck, when we had Milo for a puppy interview last year, he even talked about the rumors about him playing Flynn Rider. We love manifesting things like this! Now, if you're a comic book fan, it became immediately clear who he could potentially be playing: Har
