[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content] The country is remembering and mourning the devastating loss of Renee Nicole Good. On Wednesday morning, the 37-year-old US Citizen was shot and killed by a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her ex-husband told The Associated Press she had just dropped off her 6-year-old son at school that day when she was murdered by the ICE agent just a few blocks from where she lived. The Trump administration is attempting to claim that Renee was the aggressor in this situation. Calling it "an act of domestic terrorism," Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem alleged she was "stalking and impeding" officers' work and tried to "weaponize her vehicle" to run over the agent. That agent then, "fearing for his life, and the other officers around him and the safety of the public fired defensive shots," according to Noem. Donald Trump even called Renee "a professional agitator" on Truth Social, writing: "The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense. Based on the attached clip, it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital. The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis." However, videos taken by bystanders of the incident paint a completely different story. Footage shows a car partially in the road, and the driver of said vehicle, with their window down, waving at other drivers to go around them. One car does, but a vehicle with ICE agents pulls up and stops. They then get out of their car, approach Renee's vehicle, and demand she "get out of the car." One agent attempts to open the car door, but the driver reverses briefly, then moves forward. And as the vehicle tries to pull away, an agent who is at the front of the car before moving out of the way fires several shots. The car then appeared to crash into other vehicles. Other videos taken from the scene show ICE agents REFUSING to let someone who said they were a physician to check if she had a pulse. Let that sink in. They wouldn't even allow a doctor to give her care, to check if she was alive. According to the agent, they had their own medics to help. However, Renee's neighbors screamed, asking, "Where are they?" She was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Awful. What happened to Renee is horrifying. She was killed in her own neighborhood, in front of her neighbors. The Trump administration wants us all to believe she is a domestic terrorist, but by all accounts the truth of who she was is anything but. Those who knew her also know the truth - and they're making it clear she was no domestic terrorist. Renee's mom, Donna Ganger, told the Minnesota Star Tribune on Wednesday that her daughter is "not part of anything like that at all" - meaning ICE protests. The mother continued: "Renee was one of the kindest people I've ever known. She was extremely compassionate. She's taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being." According to an Instagram account that seemingly belongs to Renee, per The Associated Press, she was a "poet and writer and wife and mom and shitty guitar strummer from Colorado; experiencing Minneapolis, MN." Her first husband told The Associated Press that she was a devoted Christian who joined youth mission trips to Northern Ireland when she was younger. He said she also loved to sing, participating in her high school choir and studying vocal performance in college. She also studied creative writing at Old Dominion University. While there, she won an undergraduate poetry prize for "On Learning to Dissect Fetal Pigs" in 2020. According to her ex, Renne became a stay-at-home mom in recent years but worked as a dental assistant and at a credit union previously. She also hosted a podcast with her second husband at one point. When it comes to her family, she reportedly has two children, ages 15 and 12, from her first marriage. As we mentioned before, she also has a 6-year-old. Her second husband and youngest kid's father, Timmy Ray Macklin Jr., sadly died in 2023, per
