Ashley Tisdale French was once the queen of Disney Channel, making audiences laugh across The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and the High School Musical franchise. In the years since her tenure at the Mouse House ended, Tisdale French has reframed her career while balancing motherhood. Tisdale French married her husband, Christopher French, in 2014, nearly seven years before they welcomed daughter Jupiter. The pair's second daughter, Emerson, completed their family in 2024. "[With] your first [baby], you really have no idea what it's going to entail and what that looks like and how to do things," Tisdale French exclusively told Us Weekly in March 2025. "And you're so nervous. ... With the second, you just feel so much more confident." She continued, "To be able to have this experience again and to have it in such a great way and be so present, it makes me cherish every single moment." "I fully prepared myself," the actress exclusively told Us in June 2025. "I feel like you need a zone, to be honest. I remember we were like, 'OK, the playroom is the zone where you just kind of, like, take the diaper off and you're like, OK. You really need to tell us when you have to go.' Because it's them learning like the sensation of, like, having to go to the bathroom." According to Tisdale French, she "really kind of prepped" herself by arranging towels everywhere in case Emerson had an accident. "We rolled up the rug and you just kind of know that it's gonna be a little crazy for a minute," she explained. "We tried earlier [when] it might have been a little bit too early [for her] and it wasn't as easy. But when they are ready, it's a lot easier than expected." Tisdale French further stressed it was easy to teach Emerson to use the toilet because her big sister was accomplishing the task already. "[Younger children] just kind of wanna be like [their older siblings]," she told Us. "I feel like we really had the shortest time crawling. Like, I think [Emerson] crawled for maybe two weeks, and all of a sudden she's standing and wants to walk, and it's so early. I feel like she wants to really try to walk, but I think it's because she sees Jupiter walking everywhere. ... She just seems like she's gonna fast-track everything that she's doing." Making - And Leaving - Mom Friends After welcoming Jupiter in 2021, Tisdale French formed friendships with other celebrity moms including Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor and Mandy Moore. Their connections presumably shattered after Tisdale French claimed in January 2026 that she dropped her "toxic" friend group. "I remember being left out of a couple of group hangs, and I knew about them because Instagram made sure it fed me every single photo and Instagram Story," Tisdale French wrote in a viral essay for New York Magazine's The Cut. "I was starting to feel frozen out of the group, noticing every way that they seemed to exclude me. ... I told myself it was all in my head, and it wasn't a big deal. And yet, I could sense a growing distance between me and the other members of the group, who seemed to not even care that I wasn't around much." Tisdale French did not name any of the moms in her essay, though Duff's husband, Matthew Koma, seemingly clapped back. "A mom group tell-all through a father's eyes," Koma wrote via his Instagram Stories, pretending he wrote a similar tell-all essay. "When you're the most self obsessed, tone deaf person on earth, other moms tend to shift focus to their actual toddlers." Tisdale French did not immediately respond to Koma's accusations. New Career Tisdale French launched her Being Frenshe skincare line in 2022, naming the collection after her married name. "I've always had a passion for self-love and all things beauty and wellness," she wrote via the brand's website. "While on my own mental health and wellness journey, I discovered that introducing fragrance into my daily rituals greatly influenced my mood - whether it was to keep me grounded and calm or celebrate my confidence and joy." Tisdale French's Being Frenshe sells a collection of wellness essentials to "nourish your well-being" using clean ingredients. "Each offering is consciously formulated with clean ingredients and rooted in the emotional power of scent, so feeling good is as simple as taking a breath," the website description reads. "My hope is that these products will support your own self-care rituals - and encourage you to breathe in a moment for you. Tisdale French also has a passion for home decor, which she leveraged to create a line of Frenshe Interiors rugs. The former Disney Channel star still acts as well, recently reprising her voiceover role as Candace Flynn on the network's revived season of Phineas
