Hilary Duff's husband is weighing in on the mom group drama! Perezcious readers know Ashley Tisdale went viral after penning an article for The Cut last week about breaking up with her mom friends after they became "toxic" and mean girls. It immediately became clear she was likely talking about her group of famous pals, which includes Hilary, Mandy Moore, and Meghan Trainor. The High School Musical alum's rep went on to deny the speculation that her essay was about those celebrities, but does anyone really buy that? Especially when Matthew Koma - Hilary's hubby - is now throwing massive shade at Ashley! Yeah, that's right! He reacted to the article! On Tuesday, the songwriter took to Instagram Stories to post a photo of himself mimicking Ashley's cover photo for The Cut. He changed the headline, however, to say something very shady about Ashley! It read: "A Mom Group Tell All Through A Father's Eyes. When You're The Most Self Obsessed Tone Deaf Person On Earth, Other Moms Tend To Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers." OMG!!!!! Ashley's rep denied that her essay is about her mom group with Mandy, Hilary, and Meghan, but Matthew's post definitely seems to suggest otherwise! The musician even appears to hint that the rumors we've heard so far about The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star are possibly true! She was the problem all along! As we previously reported, a source close to the mom group claimed to The US Sun that Ashley became self-absorbed and "was only interested in things that benefited her or suited her interests," making it hard to maintain a friendship with her. She reportedly didn't even "check in" or "offer to help" her mom pals impacted by the LA wildfires last year. Probably why Matthew called her "the most self obsessed tone deaf person!" Yikes! Her friend group also had an issue with her political views, feeling that "it created an extremely toxic dynamic" and made some moms "uncomfortable." (FYI, Ashley's rep insisted she is not a Republican and is a registered Democrat despite speculation following her post about Charlie Kirk's death.) All of that supposedly led to the moms icing out Ashley, and now causing all this drama. The moms, for the most part, are staying out of it and not fueling the fire.
