Everyone may have been thinking it, but Jimmy Kimmel actually said it! During Monday night's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, the talk show host chatted with guest Ben Affleck about Sunday's 2026 Critics Choice Awards. ICYMI, Timothée Chalamet and Leonardo DiCaprio were up against each other for the coveted Best Actor award - Timmy for Marty Supreme, and Leo for One Battle After Another. But ultimately NOT Best Actor. Ouch! That award ended up going to Kylie Jenner's boyfriend! Remember, Timmy got up on stage and adorably declared his love for the reality star, whom he's been dating for three years. That's at least where Jimmy's mind went! He told Ben: "I was watching Leo DiCaprio at this Critics Choice Award[s] and I was thinking, 'Boy, he's got so many better places to be.' And the movie [One Battle After Another] wins Best Picture, and the director Paul Thomas Anderson wins Best Director, and then [Leo] doesn't win [Best Actor]. And I'm thinking, 'He must be so pissed that whatever - he got airlifted from a yacht somewhere and couldn't be there anymore, and came to lose.'" Oof! When he puts it like that... Earlier in the awards ceremony, host Chelsea Handler joked about Leo barely making it to the event: "Leo's here. Thank god, Leo almost didn't make it tonight because he was trapped on a boat in St. Barts. It was just like the Titanic but worse because Jeff Bezos was there." Leo's departure was reportedly delayed amid the conflict in Venezuela. For what it's worth, Timmy T gave Leo a shout-out during his acceptance speech.
