The case involving an Ohio couple found dead in their family home has shocked the nation. Spencer and Monique Tepe were like many other couples in their 30s: hard workers, dedicated parents, and beloved by many. Spencer worked as a dentist at Athens Dental Depot in Athens, Ohio, but raised alarms on December 30 when he never showed up to work. According to WSYX, Dr. Mark Valrose contacted the local Columbus Division of Police requesting a welfare check when Spencer, 37, failed to come into work or pick up the phone. Per a transcript of the 911 call, placed at around 9:03 a.m.
