According to People on Tuesday, the 32-year-old is still being held in solitary confinement, which requires him to wear a yellow jail-issued shirt and blue pants. However, he no longer needs to wear his suicide-prevention smock, something he had been required to wear 24/7. TMZ sources added that it is standard practice to remove the smock, which mostly protects from hanging deaths, whenever an inmate doesn't attempt suicide for a two-week period.
