If you thought the Ronnie Radke and Brittany Furlan catfishing scandal would be left in 2025, think again! The drama is not over yet! If you need a reminder, the Falling in Reverse frontman exposed the whole controversy amid Britt's separation from Tommy Lee last year. Back in May, news broke that the pair were heading for divorce after six years of marriage. Sources claimed they broke up because the Mötley Crüe drummer refused to get sober. However, Ronnie revealed his alleged drinking problem did not cause their relationship troubles. Brittany actually fell in love with him - or someone she believed was him. The Vine star got catfished, per Ronnie's side of the story, by someone posing as Ronnie on Snapchat, and Tommy found out about the betrayal, causing major issues in their relationship. Brittany later explained she only began to talk to the catfish when they reached out to her because she was "so incredibly lonely" in her marriage. Oof. The FBI eventually got involved because "multiple other" girls also fell for the purported catfish, unfortunately. We thought it was put to bed once Brittany and Tommy got back together, all thanks to, oddly enough, the catfishing scandal. But apparently that's NOT the case! According to TMZ, Ronnie is now trying to get a temporary restraining order against Brittany! What!? Documents obtained by the outlet revealed he filed for one on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming the social media personality harassed him. He alleged she contacted him multiple times on social media, and when he ignored her messages, she drove to his house and sat out front. She also, per his acc0unt, allegedly followed him to a doctor's appointment and waited outside, staring at him the whole time. Because of that, Ronnie is demanding that the court order the comedian to stay at least 100 yards away from him. Brittany's attorney, Lou Shapiro, reacted to the filing, saying: "Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request the Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner." But WHY NOW?? Did something new spark this? As it turns out, yes! This comes after Brittany revisited the scandal over the weekend. The latest chapter in the drama seemingly started when a social media user posted a TikTok video about how "it's been such a long year that we forgot Brittany furlan cheated on Tommy Lee with a catfish of Ronnie radke in 2025." Brittany saw it and commented: "K. If there's one thing I'm not going to do is get lied on. Same guy who said he didn't have Snapchat. I have all his phone numbers. Let it go. Let us both move on in peace. Please" She also included screenshots of what she thinks are his Snapchat accounts. So... Brittany believes Ronnie really was the one messaging her all this time and not a catfish?! That's what she later suggested on Instagram Stories - along with accusing him of interacting with underage fans! OMG! She wrote: "LOL. Are you trying to deflect from the fact that a girl messaged me saying that you snapchatted her when she was 16 lol. There's a whole group of your psycho fans that were following my family members so I started keeping an eye on things because I didn't understand why they were stalking my family. Get ur facts straight. There has never been one inappropriate message sent to any of them other than telling them to leave me the f**k alone lol but keep digging" (c) Brittany Furlan/Instagram She even went as far as to even encourage his underage fans to come forward with alleged inappropriate interactions with him. This is very concerning if the allegations are true. Brittany further claimed Ronnie is leaving "f**ked up comments" not only to her and Tommy through fake social media accounts but to his ex-girlfriend Saraya - and she supposedly has proof. However, the musician denied all of her claims. He hit back on Instagram, accusing her of "stalking and harassment." (FYI, his IG account is now gone.) In a video posted to TikTok, Ronnie claimed he has only one Snapchat account, which he created on May 11 to see what was going on amid the Brittany controversy. He also swore on his kid and "dead brother" that he's not behind any of the accounts that lured Brittany into a fake online romance or continues to harass her - before threatening to file a defamation lawsuit.
