Sarah Michelle Gellar, country music star Jelly Roll and Chrissy Teigen are joining the show, a new iteration of the talent competition that first aired in syndication in the 1980s. The trio will join host Anthony Anderson on the show, which is set to premiere Jan. 20 and will stream live on Tuesday and Wednesday nights (9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT) for five weeks. All three judges have been involved (if sometimes only briefly) with talent competitions in the past. Gellar has been a guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race and Food Network's Chopped Junior, while Teigen judged the 2010s MTV food show Snack Off and NBC's 2019 comedy competition Bring the Funny. Jelly Roll served as a mentor and artist in residence on the past two seasons of American Idol.
