Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley shared a cryptic post following his recent reunion with former bandmate Tyler Hubbard. "After going on the hike with T-Hubb," Kelley, 40, wrote alongside an Instagram Reel on Friday, January 2. In the clip, Kelley can be seen walking through nature before cutting to a clip of the popular Jon Hamm TikTok trend of him dancing in a nightclub. The meme clip is typically paired with the song "Turn the Lights Off." A portion of Kelley's video used the EDM track before transitioning to Florida Georgia Line's hit song "Cruise." "Solid hike bro @tylerhubbard πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ," Kelley captioned the clip. Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley's Drama Explained Hubbard, 38, replied in the comments section with the running man and flexing arm emojis. Several fans theorized that Kelley and Hubbard might be getting Florida Georgia Line back together following the musical duo's 2022 breakup. "The boys are back!!!!!!! Let's goooooooo πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯❀️," one user replied, while another wrote, "Holding our breath till the reunion tour is announced." Many of Kelley and Hubbard's country music colleagues also reacted to the post, including Jason Aldean, Chase Rice and more "Do I need to start writing FGL songs again," Hardy quipped, while Chris Lane gushed, "This is the best use of this meme I've seen πŸ”₯πŸ”₯." Joey Hyde, who previously toured with Florida Georgia Line as one of the band's guitarists, also let Kelley and Hubbard know he was available if a potential reunion is truly in the cards. "Let me know if you need the original guitar player to come out of retirement. I bet he's ready for a tour haha," Hyde teased. Last month, Hubbard shared he had plans to reunite with Kelley for a hike after not speaking for years. "I hadn't spoken to BK a lot in the last couple years, but we're going on a hike next week," Hubbard said during a December 2025 appearance on the "Human School" podcast. "The way I see it is I have a desire for that friendship. I miss the guy that I was partners with for 10 years. I miss my old roommate, my best man [at] my wedding." The pair seemingly had a falling out in 2020, when eagle-eyed fans noticed that Hubbard unfollowed Kelley on social media. At the time, Kelley was outspoken about his political beliefs and had backed Joe Biden for president. Hubbard later re-followed Kelley and admitted that he regretted the move. Brian Kelley's New Music Will Have Fans Booking a Trip to Florida "I do regret unfollowing BK publicly at one point of this whole scenario because that also fed this narrative and blew this whole thing out of proportion when it was really unnecessary," he said in December 2025. "That was naive on my behalf and irresponsible and also definitely emotionally charged." Hubbard and Kelley then pursued solo projects before officially breaking up as a duo in 2022. Hubbard claimed that before they made the decision to end the band, he asked Kelley to reconsider his decision. "We had a really good conversation for, like, an hour. I was able to be really honest. He was able to be really honest," Hubbard recalled. "He just basically said, 'Man, I'm really feeling called, like, this is the time for me to do this and I really need your support and want your support.' [I said] 'whatever you ultimately want to do, I want you to be happy and I want you to follow your gut and your heart and if that means not doing this, so be it. But I beg you to reconsider.' That was not the path I wanted."
