Influencer Faye Greenwood is sharing her side of the story after undergoing a heart transplant following a heart attack. "I couldn't believe that something that serious would be happening," Greenwood told BBC on Monday, January 5. "[You think:] 'That won't happen to me,' and then it did." Greenwood experienced a heart attack in July 2025 while on vacation in Paris with her now-fiancé, Ailbhe Lower. She began experiencing symptoms such as chest pains and vomiting. "I can't really remember a lot, but I just felt I was in really bad pain, something I've never felt before," she explained.
