Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert captivated audiences with their chemistry well before they tied the knot in 2023. Hough first connected with Erbert after she was cast as a dancer in his and sister Julianne Hough's Move Live Tour in 2014. By July 2015, they were a couple. While performing together in Derek's fall 2021 residency at the Venetian in Las Vegas, he joked about getting married at one of the city's famous little white wedding chapels - but it wasn't until June 2022 that he actually proposed. Just months after getting married in August 2023, Erbert required emergency brain surgery.
