Billy Joel is back on stage! Over the weekend, the Piano Man singer surprised fans at the 30th anniversary of Wellington, Florida village amphitheater. According to TMZ, Billy Joel tribute band The Turnstiles were at the event and teased a special guest might pop in to make an appearance. Later in the show, Billy emerged on stage with his wife Alexis Roderick and their two young daughters. As we've been following, the 76-year-old was diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) in 2025, a "condition that happens when cerebrospinal fluid builds up inside your skull and presses on your brain," according to the Cleveland Clinic.
