Barry Manilow is updating his fans after his most recent health scare. Late last month, the Can't Smile Without You singer shared a scary health update with fans. In a lengthy message posted on Instagram, the 82-year-old noted that after finishing "five great Christmas concerts at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert," an MRI "discovered a cancerous spot on my left lung that needs to be removed." He assured his followers the "spot" was found early and that his doctors did not believe it had spread. He revealed he would need to undergo surgery to remove it: "So, that's it. No chemo. No radiation. Just chicken soup and I Love Lucy reruns." He concluded his message: "I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. And remember, if you have even the slightest symptom ... get tested! I'll see you at the Westgate Las Vegas for Valentine's!" View this post on Instagram A post shared by Barry Manilow (@barrymanilowofficial) Fast forward a few weeks, and Barry is on the mend!
