A Kentucky woman is facing criminal charges after state police said she allegedly aborted her pregnancy at home, then buried the body of a "developed male infant" in a "shallow grave." While visiting a medical clinic in Campton on Wednesday, December 31, the woman, Melinda S. Spencer, shared that she had an abortion at her home, according to a news release Kentucky State Police provided to Us Weekly. Staff at the facility, United Clinics Of Kentucky, called state police, leading to an investigation, authorities said.
