[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content] Will Smith is under fire for alleged sexual harassment! The actor was sued by professional violinist Brian King Joseph via a complaint submitted to the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, on Tuesday. Will and his company Treyball Studios Management, Inc. were also accused of wrongful termination and retaliation. If you're a fan of America's Got Talent, you may recognize the musician. He was on season 13 in 2018 and ended up as a top-three finalist. Very cool. His talents led him to a job with Will Smith on his Based on a True Story: 2025 global tour. But he now alleges the comedian "was deliberately grooming and priming [him] for further sexual exploitation" after he was hired in November 2024. News, the duo were spending time together alone on tour, with The Fresh Prince of Bell Air star supposedly telling Brian they had a "special connection." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Brian King (@briankingjoseph) Things escalated in March 2025 after an alleged "hotel intrusion" that left the musician freaked out - he called it a "traumatic series of events." The artist recalled entering his Las Vegas hotel room only to discover someone had been there - but there were no signs of forced entry. Left behind was alleged evidence "of a sexual threat of violence," including a handwritten note with a heart reading: "Brian, I'll be back no later [sic] 5:30, just us, Stone F." "Wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual's name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to" him were also in the room. The violinist claims he "feared that an unknown individual would soon return to his room to engage in sexual acts" with him. He contacted hotel staff, a local non-emergency police line, and Will's management team to report the incident - but he claimed he was later "shamed" by a member of the tour management team. WTF. Days after making a complaint, Will's rep allegedly confronted Brian, saying: "Everyone is telling me that what happened to you is a lie, nothing happened, and you made the whole thing up. So, tell me, why did you lie and make this up?" The musician said there was no effort made to protect his safety - and he was terminated! He was soon replaced by another violinist on tour. Jeez. As a result, Brian said he's suffered "severe emotional distress, economic loss, reputational harm, and other damages," including "PTSD and other mental illness as a result of the termination." Will has not directly reacted to the lawsuit, but his lawyer, Allen B. Grodsky, vehemently denied the allegations, telling People: "Mr. Joseph's allegations concerning my client are false, baseless, and reckless. They are categorically denied, and we will use all legal means available to address these claims and to ensure that the truth is brought to light." This comes as Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith is also facing a lawsuit from her former associate Bilaal Salaam over allegations she verbally threatened him.
