Here's a reminder of some of the messiest clashes that unfolded before our eyes last year: 1. Alabama Barker and Bhad Bhabie John Nacion / Getty Images, Prince Williams / Getty Images While the feud between Alabama and Bhad Bhabie technically began at the end of 2024, it was last year that things got INCREDIBLY messy. After Bhad Bhabie accused Alabama of "taking her man," Le Vaughn, the pair went back and forth with public swipes, eventually resulting in Bhad Bhabie dropping a brutal diss track. Olivia Wong / Getty Images In the song, Bhad Bhabie made a bunch of wild claims about Alabama - including that she'd been "impregnated" by rapper Tyga, which both Alabama and Tyga immediately denied. Alabama later released a diss track of her own called "Cry Bhabie," in which she alleged that Le Vaughn had been the one to pursue her. Johnny Nunez / Getty Images Bhad Bhabie dropped yet ANOTHER diss track shortly after, while also appearing to mock Alabama's appearance by switching up her style to rock long, platinum blond hair, heavy makeup, and pyjamas. @bhadbhabie / Via Instagram: @https://www.instagram.com/bhadbhabie/?hl=en Alabama wound up addressing the speculation that Bhad Bhabie was mocking her with her new look, writing, "Imitation is the best form of flattery, some people are working overtime while I'm just keeping it moving. It's done. Thanks for all the love though." 2. Kendrick Lamar and Drake Paras Griffin / Getty Images, Mark Blinch / Getty Images Again, Kendrick and Drake's feud had been bubbling for some time, but it reached new heights last year after Kendrick's now-infamous performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. Emilee Chinn / Getty Images Kendrick performed two of his diss tracks aimed at Drake, "Euphoria" and "Not Like Us" - and while rapping the latter, he looked directly into the camera and smiled as he said the line, "Say, Drake, I hear you like 'em young." The crowd later loudly chanted the "A MINORRRRRR" line, all while Kendrick wore a pointed lowercase "a" necklace.
Drake has denied any allegations about pursuing underage women. What's more, Kendrick also had two of Drake's exes - SZA and Serena Williams - join him throughout the performance. Kevin Mazur / Getty Images Drake didn't outwardly address the Super Bowl show - though he did share a series of cryptic captions and pointed on-stage statements throughout the course of the year. 3. Nicki Minaj and SZA Savion Washington / Getty Images, Jeff Kravitz / Getty Images Nicki clashed with a few different celebs last year, one of whom was SZA. Things kicked off after Nicki interpreted one of SZA's tweets - which was actually about the president of her label - as shade towards her.
Go draw your freckles back on bookie #JusticeForDemoree #DepositionPerez Liar liar pants on fire. Sounding like a fkng dead dog. https://t.co/wxRCnecRgs- Nicki Minaj (@NICKIMINAJ) July 15, 2025 Via Twitter: @NICKIMINAJ Nicki then directly responded to the tweet in question, telling her to "Go draw your freckles back on" and saying that she sounds like a "dead dog" when she sings. Dia Dipasupil / Getty Images Nicki continued in a separate post, "Bitch looking & sounding like she got stung by a fucking bee 😩 dot dot dot *Draws on my fake freckles*" SZA then posted, "I don't give a fuck bout none of that weird shit you popping." She later tried to remove herself from the drama, writing, "LMAO lemme go back to being calm shy and meek . Yall have blessed night !" - but Nicki continued to hit out at her, saying, "Shutup ugly" while body-shaming her and slamming her music career, among other things.
Wait. Does Sza think she's more successful than me? Lol yall catch me up pls. Sza if every song you've ever done vanished right now the music business wouldn't even miss you. I've been to countries that never heard of you. I know you're not THAT stupid are you? Stadiums? Did you... pic.twitter.com/0fKGvT1Zow- Nicki Minaj (@NICKIMINAJ) July 16, 2025 @NICKIMINAJ / Via Twitter: @NICKIMINAJ 4. Nicki Minaj and Cardi B Taylor Hill / Getty Images While Nicki and Cardi have had beef for AGES, things erupted last year amid the release of Cardi's second studio album, Am I the Drama?, when Nicki shared a bunch of pointed tweets seemingly taking aim at Cardi. One read "Barney Dangerous," while another said, "Abcdefgeeeee / SUR GER REE TO LOOK LIKE MEEEEEE / tell the rat & tell J ZEEEEEE / RICO FRAUD & PERJURY." Astrida Valigorsky / Getty Images Both rappers ended up making personal digs at each other's careers, achievements, and even children, drawing intense criticism from many internet users. Honestly
