According to TMZ on Thursday, an unnamed female, believed to be the 34-year-old, was discovered dead in the Fairmont San Francisco hotel early in the morning. A San Francisco Fire Department spokesperson told the outlet that units responded to the hotel after a reported medical emergency at 2:52 a.m. Paramedics conducted an assessment of the individual, who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The San Francisco Police Department then took over, and a rep said they arrived at around 3:14 a.m. Officers met with paramedics, who declared the adult female dead. Tommy shared Victoria with his first wife Kimberlea Cloughley. She took after her father, appearing in her first film, Men in Black II, alongside him. She was also a cheerleader in One Tree Hill, among other credits. So, what happened?? Very little is known at this time, but eyewitnesses are speaking out. A source told DailyMail.com on Friday that Victoria was found dead by a guest of the hotel. She was reportedly lying on the ground of the 14th floor. A guest is said to have thought she was drunk and informed hotel staff. The hotel staff quickly discovered she was unresponsive and started CPR while calling an ambulance. There were no signs of foul play - meaning no signs of trauma to the body, etc. Police did not find any drug paraphernalia on the scene, according to the insider, who added there weren't signs she may have died by suicide. It's also unclear if Victoria was a guest at the hotel or how she ended up on the 14th floor. While authorities have not shared more details on what may have caused this untimely death, dispatch audio from a 911 call suggests it was an overdose. In Broadcastify audio obtained by TMZ, a call for the death came in as a "code 3 for the overdose, color change." According to the Cleveland Clinic, a "color change" typically refers to something called cyanosis - the "discoloration of the skin, lips or fingernails caused by a lack of oxygen in the blood."
