According to TMZ on Thursday, an unnamed female, believed to be the 34-year-old, was discovered dead in the Fairmont San Francisco hotel early in the morning. A San Francisco Fire Department spokesperson told the outlet that units responded to the hotel after a reported medical emergency at 2:52 a.m. Paramedics conducted an assessment of the individual, who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The San Francisco Police Department then took over, and a rep said they arrived at around 3:14 a.m.
