Actor-rapper Will Smith has been accused of serious misconduct after violinist Brian King Joseph filed a civil lawsuit on December 31, 2025, in a Los Angeles court, alleging sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Joseph, who performed with Smith during his Based on a True Story 2025 tour, has also named Treyball Studios Management in his lawsuit. As per reports, Joseph was hired by Smith in November 2024 to perform at a San Diego show. He was also invited to be a part of Smith's tour.
