Get ready, readers, because 2026 is gearing up to be a big year for books. Not only are some of the biggest romance writers (Kennedy Ryan and Meghan Quinn, to name a few) back with some summer love stories that will knock your socks off, but a few major celebs have memoirs on the horizon. Christina Applegate, for one, shocked fans in July when she announced the release of her memoir, You With the Sad Eyes. "I truly believe that books can make people feel less alone. That's why I'm doing this," she said of the book, set to be released in March 2026. "You With the Sad Eyes won't be some big violin scratching for my life. But it will be real. It will be filled with the ups and downs, the humor and grief of life. So here I am. Real me. Lots to say." (out January 13) 'This Book Made Me Think of You' by Libby Page Inspired by You've Got Mail, the book follows the story of a woman who starts receiving mail from her husband beyond the grave one year after his death. Tilly Nightingale gets a call from her local bookshop, declaring there's a gift there for her. What she didn't know was that her husband pre-purchased 12 books - one for each month of the year - and wrote a letter alongside each one. (out January 29) 'Just for the Cameras' by Meghan Quinn The queen of romance is taking on a new challenge with her first-ever sports love story. The book tells the story of a football star and a zookeeper who kick off a fake relationship - but who knows what will happen. (out February 3) 'Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic' by Bunnie Xo Bunnie Xo isn't one to hold anything back, and her book will be no different. The wife of country star Jelly Roll has experienced her own ups and downs through the years, all to be showcased in her forthcoming memoir. "With a heavy dose of humor and a refreshing sense of self-awareness, Bunnie pulls no punches as she shares her journey of redemption while offering some homespun wisdom to those who need a little saving themselves," the book's description reads. (out April 7) 'Score' by Kennedy Ryan The second installment of the author's Hollywood Renaissance series follows Verity and Monk as they embark in a second-chance romance, years after splitting up. (out May 19) 'Broken Dove' by Dani Francis The highly anticipated sequel to Francis' 2025 novel, Silver Elite, this installment picks up with Wren Darlington finding herself in two wars after joining the Uprising. The reemergence of her old friend Grayson Blake might just bring about a new ally. (out May 5) 'Transcendent' by Laverne Cox The actress is opening up in this memoir, starting with her childhood in Alabama, through her decision to make the move to New York City and later pursue an acting career as a trans woman in Hollywood. (out June 9) 'Reasons to Be Loved by You' by Hannah Brown The former Bachelorette star is back with her third novel. This time, Nikki Bennet is front and center as her love story unfolds on the page. The book is sure to feature some characters from her past novels in a whole new story - which might just be inspired by events from Hannah's own life. (out June 23) 'Cher: Part Two' After the successful first part of her memoir dropped in 2024, Cher is getting ready to share the details about the second part of her life in this nearly 500 page book.
