Nick Viall's wife, Natalie Joy, shared a deeply personal look back at her year full of love, loss and resilience. In an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, December 31, Joy, 27, revealed the special ring she had made after experiencing three miscarriages in 2025. "The year that was full of heartbreak but i've never felt more loved ❤️🩹❤️ 2025 was growth and that is all i can ask for. excited for 2026 with my people," she wrote in the caption. Joy shared a photo of her hand for her April slide, wearing a bypass-style yellow gold band that featured two small, pear-shaped green gemstones. (The couple - who share 20-month-old daughter River Rose - spoke out about experiencing miscarriages in January, March and in August.) The Bachelor alum, 45, opened up about their heartbreak over the summer, revealing that he and Joy wanted to be transparent about what they were going through. "As you can see, Natalie is not with us," he said during the August 14 episode of "The Viall Files" podcast. "There's no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks. She's obviously at home resting and healing, both physically and emotionally." Joy also shared details about her own grief journey via Instagram Stories back in March, writing, "While mourning the loss of our second baby at the beginning of this year, I quickly and very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant again." "It took some time for me to accept what had happened only to be handed another chance so easily and so fast. But eventually I found so much happiness. We were finally in a place of complete and utter gratitude. This past week I miscarried again," she continued.
