The former Duke of York allegedly brought his family to the criminal's Caribbean resort in 2000. Nygard is currently serving 11 years in prison for assaulting four women. _ The American government reportedly asked to speak with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor about his connection to Peter Nygard and Jeffrey Epstein. "With regard to the interview, U.S. authorities request to conduct a voluntary interview of [former] Prince Andrew and request the assistance of U.K. authorities in arranging for such an interview," the letter from the FBI, obtained by The National, read. "In the event that the witness declines to participate in a voluntary interview, U.S. authorities request that U.K. authorities conduct a compelled interview of the witness under oath." _ The documents related to Jeffrey Epstein further claim that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor knew about the criminal operation. "Additionally, documentary evidence uncovered during the course of this investigation has revealed information suggesting that [former] Prince Andrew had knowledge that Ghislaine Maxwell [Epstein's second in command] recruited females to engage in acts with Epstein and other men," the files read. _ Due to his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was stripped of his titles and evicted from Royal Lodge. "He's coming to terms with the fact he's lost everything that mattered to him: his status, his position in the royal family and military and to a lesser extent, a fractured family," a source told The Telegraph.
