Jenna Johnson is living proof that confidence is the best beach look. Johnson, 31, showed off her chiseled bikini body while enjoying a getaway with her family to Hawaii. The Dancing With the Stars pro shared the sultry moment via her Instagram account on Monday, December 29, flaunting her six-pack abs. In the pic, she struck a pose while rocking a colorful two-piece by Bydee, featuring patterned balconette cups with an underwire and thin, straight straps. She styled the top with coordinating bottoms finished with long straps that cascaded down her thighs. Johnson, who shares 2-year-old son Rome with husband Val Chmerkovskiy, wore her hair in a half-up style. She went makeup-free in the pic and accessorized with delicate earrings. In another heartwarming snap, she cuddled up next to Chmerkovskiy, 39, while wearing a black-and-white polka dot halter bikini top. Johnson previously opened up about just how she maintains her toned figure in November while chatting with Sports Illustrated Lifestyle. "I love now that I have this appreciation for [my body] and that's why I want to be very vocal about it because I think as women, as girls, we grow up comparing ourselves constantly, having people say things about how we look, and it really is just such a personal journey," she said. "It's really important for me to help women in general love themselves, love their bodies." "Even if I'm tired, I just know that I'm going to feel so much better [after] spending 30 minutes at the gym," she shared. "I don't do crazy workouts, it's really just about consistency for me." One of her favorite workouts is mat Pilates, which she said "changed" her life. "I always felt like I needed to do these crazy HIIT workouts and lift a ton of weights, and really your own body is so capable of resistance and opposition, and you can get such an incredible workout just by using yourself," Johnson said. And when I started to focus on that, I feel like just everything started to sculpt in ways that I'd never had before." She promised that people will be "shocked" with their results if they "strengthen [those lower abdominals] and really engage [them]." When she's doing cardio, Johnson has opted for a routine that went viral on TikTok in 2020 by fitness content creator Lauren Giraldo. The dancer sets her treadmill at three miles per hour with a 12 percent incline for 30 minutes. The dancer raved, "I just love walking and it really helps just calm my brain, get those endorphins going."
