Selling the OC has been following realtors from The Oppenheim Group located in Orange County, California, since 2022. While seasons 1 through 3 were filmed almost back-to-back, season 4 wasn't confirmed until January. The cast originally included Selling Sunset's Jason Oppenheim, Alexandra "Alex" Hall, Tyler Stanaland, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria, Lauren Shortt and Sean Palmieri.
