Chloe Veitch was a breakout star on the first season of Too Hot to Handle, and now she's giving the lowdown on how much she's made from other reality shows and content creation. "I fell into Too Hot to Handle because I had done that modeling job I wasn't paid for ... the casting director at the shoot said, 'You would be perfect for the show I'm doing," Veitch, 26, said during the Monday, December 29, episode of Jason Tartick's "Trading Secrets" podcast. "And that's how my career rocketed." Veitch appeared on the first season of the Netflix dating series, which aired in 2020. Since then, she's gone on to do several other reality shows including The Circle, Perfect Match and more. In addition to reality TV, Veitch has made a name for herself as an influencer. Now Veitch has transitioned from reality TV star to host with her new gig on Netflix's Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark. Keep scrolling for Veitch's biggest revelations from how much she's made over the years from her countless opportunities: Chloe Veitch Claims She Didn't Get Paid to Be on 'Too Hot to Handle' Chloe Veitch claimed that she and the rest of the season 1 cast "weren't paid for going on" Too Hot to Handle. Veitch added that since it was a new show, she and her costars had no clue the show was going to air on Netflix. Chloe Veitch Doesn't Think She Got Paid for 'The Circle' Following her breakout appearance on Too Hot to Handle, Chloe Veitch went on to compete on The Circle. "I can't remember if I got paid for The Circle," she claimed. "I'm being completely transparent with you, not once do I do it for the money. I just had this [mindset] since I was a kid, 'If you are a good person and you lead with intention and you're trusting your intuition, it will fall into place." Veitch explained that she mostly got paid for her brand deals during that time. While Veitch came in second place on the competition series, she did not receive a cash prize but was happy with more "air time." How Much Chloe Veitch Got for Her 1st Brand Deal Chloe Veitch revealed her first-ever brand deal was for a product she already loved and got paid a good amount to promote it. "It was Iconic London, it was a body shimmer mist and I loved it. I use this anyway, and I think they paid me something like 18,000 pounds for one story," she recalled. "A story only stays up for 24 hours. That's insane. I was thinking. 'I made it. I'm gonna buy my mom a house this is incredible.'" Veitch shared that she got creative and made up a catchy tagline for the short clip. "I just sprayed it on my face and went into the sun and went, 'Wow, my skin is so glowy. Glowy, Chloe' That was it," she said. How Chloe Veitch's Other Brand Deals Compare to Her 1st Since her first brand deal, Chloe Veitch has experienced inconsistencies with influencer marketing. "I've started to come to terms that depending on your exposure and your relevance, like if you go on a show and it just comes out, your numbers are up," she said. "Your money through brand deals is going to be higher." When Veitch "first started earning money" from brand deals at age 20, she had two contracts that were both "20,000 a month," which earned her a total of "40,000 a month." Both deals were "a year-long contract." Veitch experienced the "highest earning months" after coming off Too Hot to Handle. However in recent years, she's noticed a decline following her time on reality TV. "Just before I hosted Sneaky Links on Netflix, it was my lowest earning months, even though I was already established and I've been on these shows my engagement was low," she reflected. "So even if a brand does want to pay me it's like how many eyeballs are going to see this product?" Veitch confessed that she felt like a failure after noticing the dip in her numbers. "I thought that I failed," she admitted. "I'm gonna be broke and I'm not gonna buy a house. What have I done? I started to resent myself. Why did I need that Chanel bag? I didn't need to buy that Range Rover. I could have bought myself a house and secured my future." Veitch added that she's learned "many beautiful lessons" and now has a greater appreciation for her "money and income." Which Show Chloe Veitch Would Never Do Again Chloe Veitch revealed that she would never participate in Perfect Match if asked to do it again. "You couldn't pay me a million dollars to do it again. It's the Hunger Games for reality TV," she quipped. "It's horrible. I love watching it, it's great TV but I would never do it again." The model added she's not interested in doing any dating show. Chloe Veitch Reveals Her Salary for Hosting 'Sneaky Links' Chloe Veitch shared that the opportunity to host Sneaky Links came to her. While she did not have to audition for the role, she did have to explain the meaning of the show to the executives at Netflix. (Sneaky Links is slang for a secret hookup or relationship.) After giving the pitch to the board, Veitch shared that she didn't care if she got paid for it because she was p
