On Friday, December 26, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed off on a request brought by Richards, 54, and Phypers' landlord, John Karan, to evict the former couple from a six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,985-square-foot home in Calabasas, California. The judge granted Karan possession of the home and said the lease had been forfeited by Richards and Phypers, 53, due to their nonpayment.
