Us Weekly can confirm that Lilly, 27, was booked in Charleston, South Carolina, on Monday, December 29, after authorities had a warrant out for her arrest related to a second-degree harassment charge. Lilly was pulled over at a gas station on Sunday, December 28, after an alleged illegal lane change. Lilly requested to have her purse on her after being told to step out of the vehicle before being handcuffed.
