Jennifer Garner and her longtime boyfriend, John Miller, are enjoying a festive Christmas season. Garner, 53, and Miller, 47, were spotted exchanging a Christmas cookie tin outside a dark-colored vehicle on Monday, December 22, in photos obtained by the Daily Mail. While Miller opted for a beige sweater with a pair of jeans, Garner looked equally cozy in a gray sweatshirt and black leggings. Garner and Miller, who have seldom discussed their relationship, have been together on and off since 2018. "John is basically living with Jennifer part-time," a source exclusively told Us Weekly in April, noting the businessman moved out of his Los Angeles abode months before the devastating wildfires in January. "He has an office in L.A. and splits his time between staying there and at Jennifer's home." "He's been staying with Jennifer more often," the source told Us. "[He] doesn't want to impose, so he's looking for his own place... [and] deciding whether he'll rent or buy." Miller was previously married to Caroline Campbell, with whom he shares two children, before moving on with Garner. The Alias alum, for her part, was married to actor Ben Affleck for 10 years until their 2015 divorce. They now coparent kids Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13. "I'm really lucky that I have a really good coparent and partner in Jennifer Garner, the kids' mom, who's wonderful and great," Affleck, 53, told GQ in a March profile. "We work together well." Garner's close friendship with Affleck also hasn't caused an issue with Miller. "She will always be there for him, but there is nothing romantic going on," the third source said. In the years since their divorce, both Affleck and Garner have been candid about what went wrong in their marriage - and how they remained friendly. "I didn't marry the big, fat movie star. I married him and I would go back and remake that decision. I ran down the beach to him and I would again.
