"Our sweet little baby girl Victoria Kvartin 👼🏼arrived on December 1st," Samodanova, 42, and Kvartin, 30, captioned a joint Instagram announcement on Friday, December 19. "Mommy and daddy love you so much." They continued, "Our hearts are so full. Welcome to the world, little one."
