It's evidence.' Every place that doesn't snap back is a place that held weight. Held children. Held loss. Held fear. Held joy long enough to wrinkle it in and make it permanent. I have less give with my time now. Less patience for being pulled in directions that drain me, but I have more capacity for truth, for tenderness, for holding discomfort and for staying." Milano further stressed that she didn't want to look back anymore - only forward. "Today, I am 53. What didn't return was never lost to me," she concluded. "It simply learned a deeper gravity." None of that is because of my implants. I will still be all of those things when I wake up and they are gone. There is so much and joy in that knowledge and freedom in letting go of what was never me in the first place."
