Bailey, 40, has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash that caused serious bodily injury and resisting an officer without violence, according to Miami-Dade jail records. Coral Gables Police responded to the crash around 5:15 p.m. on Monday, December 15, at the intersection of Douglas Road and Giralda Avenue, according to NBC Miami.
