Last week, the swimmer announced on Instagram that he plans to write a tell-all book about his life, including the Rio scandal at the 2016 Summer Games, in which he lied about being robbed at gunpoint. However, it also sounds like he plans to throw a ton of shade at his ex-wife! He said: "After the Rio scandal, I found myself at my lowest point, with a son on the way with someone I barely knew, who constantly reminded me that he would be forever disappointed in the father I had become.
