A Kansas mother who has been formally charged with killing her 4-year-old son appeared to have a physical reaction to the allegations during a court appearance Wednesday, December 17. Tyne Blunt, 27, gasped for air and clutched at her chest as the judge outlined the first-degree murder and two counts of child abuse charges she faces stemming from her alleged involvement in the death of her son, Tiuri Blunt-Porrata. Wichita Police were summoned to Blunt's apartment the afternoon of December 8 and arrived to find Tiuri unresponsive.
