Katie Maloney has entered the chat regarding Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula's relationship woes after her own struggles with Tom Schwartz - even comparing Kyle to Tom Sandoval in the process. "First of all, Kyle and Amanda, I love them both and I respect them both and their relationship and I try not to, like, interject or put my two cents in," Katie, 38, said during the Wednesday, December 17, episode of her and Danya Kathan's "Disrespectfully" podcast, noting she had thoughts about their marriage after watching the Summer House season 10 trailer. "I'm just going to say right now, 'God damn, girl.'" Katie was triggered by Amanda, 34, claiming that Kyle, 43, slept at a fan's house after one of his DJ gigs and didn't get home until "6:30 in the morning." For Katie - whose ex-husband Schwartz, 43, was known for his own questionable partying decisions - she said Kyle's antics felt like a "flashback" to her own ups and downs with Schwartz. I was at an event that Amanda chose not to attend, which moved to a bar and then to an after-party." He further claimed, "I don't use anything to keep myself wired, so I think I ended up falling asleep on a couch, and suddenly it was almost 6 a.m. Do I regret the situation? Absolutely. But that's the truth and full extent of what happened." Katie then compared Kyle's wild nights to a "period of time" when she "let so much of that bad behavior slide" in her own marriage. Katie claimed that Kyle saying that Amanda "chose not to go" to the event on the night in question felt like an attempt to shift blame to her, similar to how Sandoval, 43, reacted to his own scandal. "[I decided] I'd rather be alone and happy than with somebody who constantly embarrasses me."
