The case has been closed on Tara Reid's drugging claims... and she has a message for skeptics. As we've been following, the American Pie actress became incapacitated at Chicago-area hotel Doubletree last month while hanging around the bar. In footage obtained by TMZ, she's seen barely able to move or speak before being carted out on a stretcher by paramedics. In the following days, Tara made it clear she believed she was drugged - possibly by YouTube content creator Sean P, whom she spent some of the evening with and at one point slipped outside with to smoke a cigarette. When Rosemont police got involved in the case, they revealed security footage from the disastrous night and ended up finding no evidence Tara's drink had been tampered with. However, she continued to stick to her story claiming there's "no other explanation for why I woke up in a hospital gown with no memory of how I got there." But on December 11, the case was officially closed - and still, no evidence was found to substantiate her claims. Related: Inside Andy Dick's Disturbing Alcohol Use After Overdose In response to the findings - or we guess lack thereof - the Sharknado actress' rep described the ordeal as "truly heartbreaking" to Page Six. She herself told the outlet on Wednesday: "All of the bullying I have been subjected to since and everyone twisting reality without the facts they weren't even there to witness is truly affecting my mental health, and I need it to stop." The 50-year-old continued: "They are making it seem like I chugged all this wine at once and ended up on a stretcher, but after reviewing the footage that is not what happened at all. In fact I witnessed in the footage when I arrived back from smoking with the person I only took one sip of wine in over 30 minutes and when the bartender asked me if I wanted another drink I signaled no because I still had a drink I didn't barely touch." The same day, she also revealed to the DailyMail.com that 33 minutes of footage from the fateful night is unaccounted for. Rosemont police have since told People that "no other evidence" was discovered to back Tara's drugging claims. They did, however, note they're hesitant to say "what she's claiming is false" full stop because of the gaps that were "not seen" in the footage. They were only able to investigate the footage they could get their hands on, which they believe does not provide evidence of a drugging incident: "That's all we can do."
