In the Tuesday, December 16, filing, Kruse claimed that Lisa Marie's ex-husband Michael Lockwood told her that Travolta and Preston had used Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant. Lockwood, 64, allegedly claimed that Travolta and Preston approached Lisa Marie in 2010 about obtaining new eggs.
