The video also features Nick walking around his family's neighborhood and chatting with neighbors. At one point, Nick can be seen smoking. (Nick had been candid about his struggles with substance abuse over the years.) Earlier this week, news broke that Rob and Michele were found dead from apparent stab wounds in their Brentwood, California, home. Rob was 78 while Michele was 70. "It is with profound sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Michele and Rob Reiner," the family's spokesperson said in a statement to Variety on Sunday, December 14. "We are heartbroken by this sudden loss, and we ask for privacy during this unbelievably difficult time." Rob and Michele tied the knot in May 1989. In addition to Nick and Romy, 28, the couple shared son Jake, 34. The When Harry Met Sally director was also the adoptive father of his late ex-wife Penny Marshall's daughter, Tracy, 61. The following day, Us Weekly confirmed that Nick had been arrested on a murder charge. He was taken into custody with no bail. Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced in a press conference on Tuesday, December 16, that Nick has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder. He is facing life in prison without parole or the death penalty. Nick made his first court appearance the following day but did not enter a plea. "They weren't just our parents; they were our best friends. Tracy also spoke out about the tragedy, telling NBC News, "I came from the greatest family ever. I don't know what to say. I'm in shock."
