We did not expect this wild claim at the end of 2025! We bet no one did! For the past few months, Priscilla Presley has been in a nasty legal battle with her former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. They claimed in August that she "pulled the plug" on Lisa Marie Presley, all because she didn't want her daughter to gain control of Graceland. The pair then alleged that Priscilla hid millions of dollars' worth of jewelry and memorabilia from the IRS. Welp! Now they're back with a new, even more jaw-dropping accusation about the Presley family! So, you know how John Travolta and late wife Kelly Preston had three kids together? There's son Jett, who passed away at 16 in 2009, daughter Ella, and son Benjamin. Well... TMZ reported on Wednesday that Kruse sued Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract AND THEN claimed in the legal document that the youngest child of John and Kelly is biologically a Presley! Yes, you read that right! The couple allegedly used Riley Keough's eggs to give birth to Ben! PLOT TWIST! Apparently Kelly and John would allegedly use Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant in the past, but at some point they decided they no longer wanted hers because they didn't want "eggs with heroin." Damn. It is unclear if Lisa Marie's eggs ever produced a child for them. However, Kruse claimed John and Kelly turned to Lisa Marie's eldest daughter to help them have a child again. According to Kruse, the deal was that Riley would donate her eggs to John and Kelly so they could try for more kids, ultimately giving birth to Ben. And in return? Per the claims, the Daisy Jones & The Six star received an old Jaguar and $10,000 to $20,000 in exchange. Ben is now 15, so if this true that means Riley, 36, likely gave her eggs in her early 20s. Kruse further claimed Michael told her he was struggling so much that he had to eat "dog food" and wanted to keep the whole arrangement with John a secret to orchestrate a settlement for himself and his daughters. Kruse said Michael was incessant and told her that John "needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men." And she even pulled out supposed receipts for her allegations. Per TMZ, the legal document included a handwritten note with the "CA fertility partners," "Ben Travolta," and "Kelly Preston carried baby" written on it. There's also a text exchange where Ben is referred to as Priscilla's "beautiful great-grandson." See HERE. The accusations about Priscilla and the Presley family were shocking enough, but this is a whole new level! Wow! Elvis Presley's ex-wife is pushing back on the claims, though. Priscilla's attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman told TMZ: "After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley's counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family. In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley's son, cousin, and assistant." They insisted the new allegations are totally bogus, saying: "These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court." However, Kruse and Fialko's attorney Jordan Matthews, of Holtz Matthews LLP, swear they are "revealing the truth": "Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. They have been accused of horrific acts that are not supported by any evidence whatsoever. This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility."
